Hi. Using calculators and formulas on this website I have figured out my total daily energy expenditure.
I am
77 inches
363 pounds
34 percent body fat
Bmr 2614
Tdee 3773
Tdee minus 20% 3000

So far in my diet I've been eating 2300 calories as my fitness pal recommends. Am I under eating? Should I adjust my calories if so how much higher do I need to go. Please bear with me it's taken me weeks to understand tdee and I'm pretty slow at learning things thanks very much for your help

How much have you been losing each week eating 2300?

I lost 3 kg the first week and second and third week I've lost nothing.

If you haven't lost any weight in two weeks, you should not be increasing your calories just yet. The first week many people see a huge rate of loss due to water weight. I would wait two more weeks. If you lose weight at a faster rate than planned, increase your calories; if you still don't lose any weight, you're eating too many calories. You may be underestimating your calorie intake/portion sizes.

You have a lot to lose, a big deficit is fine, but remember that you're supposed to eat back exercise calories with MFP.
