Not losing weight

Hi I have not lost weight for 5 weeks I am having 1200 calories a day swimming twice a week for 45 mins and nothing is happening? Does anyone have any advice that will actually help please? I may aswell stop if I'm not losing weight

    have you measured your waist.. I lost only 0.2 kg this week and was disappointed but lost 0.83 cm off my waist
    as most people say make sure you aint under estimating what you eat.. I sure a measuring scale .. cook 2 weeks worth of lamb, beef, chicken and salmon and even pre prepare my yam by measuring our the portions and freezing it ready to be cooked. you may be over estimating how many calories you burn.. but you would need to tell people your stats..

    At the moment my calorie deficit does not match how much weight I should be losing BUT I had to start pushing alot more weights again because an old injury made my knee swell up so it maybe some muscle gains

    The answer probably lies in your food and exercise logging.
    What gives you confidence you are actually logging accurately?

    If you want specific as opposed to generic advice I suggest your make your diary public and gives some clues about you such as:
    height, weight, age, general activity/lifestyle.
