Hello from the west

Hello all, been lurking for a while now, and finally decided to join your community. I started my journey two weeks before fathers day, I am down 22 pounds so far from a high of 264, figured I could use some support and encouragement to keep me motivated.

    Hey,

    I was right where you are. I got down to 180 and started to slip off logging my food until I just didn't do it any more. So I am back here again, and starting to lose the 35 lbs I put back on. Support and logging - very imporatnt.
