Hello. I have lost 27.5 pounds.
Stats:
Bw 164
Cw. 136.5
Gw 120
Height 5'1
I am wondering if it would be OK to reset my calories so instead of losing about a pound a week it would be half a pound instead. I want a little more wiggle room. Also, I set to eat maintained on Saturday. I exercise five times a week but forget to log that since I don't eat any calories back.I just need feedback on my idea. I am so close to my ideal that I don't want to mess it up.

The closer to your goal weight, the less aggressive your calorie goal should be. So yes, change it to .5 lbs /week. It's not going to mess anything up. You just lose slower. It'll also help prepare you for maintenance.3

Absolutely change it to lose 1/2lb a week now, less aggressive a deficit and it'll get you ready for maintenence0

Why wouldn't it be ok? You'll just lose more slowly.0
