88 lbs to go.

I have recently started my weight loss/fitness program. So far things are going well other than I still crave sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

    Have you tried having a portion of fruit? When I get sweet cravings, I usually have a banana and a piece of dark chocolate (70%) and it fixes the craving :) Good luck x

    I will eat fresh fruit as well. Pear, Oranges, Bananas, Strawberries, Kiwi's, etc.
