Notes or Personal Blog?

Is there a personal "blog" section or "notes" section to keep personal fitness accomplishments, daily or monthly fitness notes, goals, and history for yourself???

    There is a "Food Notes" section at the end of each day's food diary. Also, if you click on "My Home" then "My Blog" at the top, you can create your blog entries there.

    I use the food notes section for the daily. I really wanted something I could use for more history, goals, accomplishments. Currently I have been updating my profile, but it's getting kinda full and long. That's why I'm looking for another section to move some of this information to keep my profile more condensed. I had checked the "Blog" in the line with the large groupings at the top.
    Now I see the one that states "My Blog"
