Confused about which calorie goal I should be at

Hi. Here is my dilemma. I have been trying to find my calorie goal to eat at to lose weight. I calculated my 2 numbers. I workout everyday. I take about an hour walk and do a Cize video. Would like to start doing Strong Curves but I want to know how many calories I really should be eating.
1600 calories according to the 21 day fix method.
1900 calories according to a method from Strong Curves. Also with this method it's telling me my BMR is 1600 calories.
So I'm confused, am I eating to little? It's only been a week of counting at 1600. I will weight myself Monday.

What is your goal weight loss per week? If you hit it semi consistently don't adjust. If you don't then adjust accordingly. This can be trial and error at the start until you find your sweet spot.0
