    My "weight loss belt" is the one I used to wear. There's just a 6" difference on where it's buckled.

    This ^. I hate adjusting my lever belt, way easier to eat less and keep it in the same position.

    i have a single prong, and i actually drilled a new hole , but thats it i'm not drilling another hole. its lose weight or i quit
