The original post from the beginning of the month containing details of the challenge is here:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/pansamanchada/view/april-personal-challenge-829463
Now here are the results.
I set 3 Major Daily Goals for myself:
1- Stay Under the Calorie Goal.
I did on most days and I believe my average was under for the month.
2 - Eat a smaller protein rich breakfast.
I did eat smaller breakfast but getting more protein still a a challenge.
3 - Log everything and hit the “complete this entry” button.
I did log everything and hit the button except for one day when I went to be at around 2am.
Here are some graphics.
The Numbers. Showing the end result and the diff. compared to beginning of the month.
Weight Loss: 9.2 lbs
Fat % Loss: -2.5%
Net Calories.
Calories Burned.
I think I did pretty good
I have to thank my wife and MFP friends for supporting me along the way.
I still have ways to go but I'm confident I'll get there because while this isn't a piece of cake (figuratively and literally) it's actually quite doable.
I'll post my challenge for May 2016 next. (hint: I need more protein)

Based on your end results at 36% body fat leaves you at 155 lbs of muscle which is how much protein is needed to build muscle. Hope this helps and stay motivated.0
