1200 calories?!

That seems awfully low. My day job is sedentary but I'm at the gym 4 - 5 mornings doing circuit training for approximately 40 minutes....Does this seem right? I'm just afraid I'm going to be really hungry from the workouts...Thanks!

1200 calories is the lowest it will set anyone. Most people end up there is they set an aggressive goal (2 pounds a week). You can try a lower weight loss goal and see if you feel better at those calories. And remember that MFP expects you to log your exercise and eat at least some of the extra earned calories. It doesn't give you credit for anything you put into your planned exercise, just what you actually log.

As u said...1200 cal is too low to fit many if the food u like have in most days...I was on 1200 cal then when I knew that this is the minimum that females can go for..I increased my cal for 1350-1400 daily intake...and Guess what??!! I kept losing weight with the same trend.
U can change ur goals on MFP..and try urself.
