So I need help. I'm a teen girl 5'8 130 pounds and I've lost a little over 75 pounds in the past 8 months. At first it was because of healthy eating and exercising and quickly turned into over restriction and over exercising and I've gotten to a bmi of about 19/20%, I'm pretty boney and have lost my period for the past 4 months. I've stopped working out because I've been very tired and busy and I've been very strict about my food choices. I have increased my calories from 700/800 to about 1200, lately I've been feeling very lost and irritable and I just want to be healthy and happy again.

That sounds like an ED. Please reach out to a close friend or family member and consider getting Profesional help. I'm the same height as you and eating 700/800 calories is wayy to low. Your starving your body. Even 1200 can be to low. Your body is trying to tell you something when you haven't had a period in 4 months. Please get help and get better! You deserve to be healthy and happy! Getting support and help can get you there!0

You have to eat more, and if you can't bring yourself to do that, you need to see your doctor.
What is "teen" anyway? This site is for adults, over 18.0 -
I'm 18 lol0
