    Successes/struggles this week: Yesterday was hard. I spent the day inside studying for my exam and only got 3k steps. I struggled with food too, I had huge cravings in the evening and also felt hungrier than usual. I ended up eating over my calories by about 400.

    The rest of the week was pretty good. I stayed within calories every day other than yesterday and got 10k steps on 5 days out of 7. I got the fitbit 2016 challenge day badge on Sat ;)

    I'm still struggling to remember my water intake. My goal is 2.5L a day but only been getting about half that. My goal today is to get 2.5L water and get my 10 dots (250 steps every hour between 10-7) on fitbit. I'm thinking about starting C25K this week too.

    Edit: I forgot to add that I struggled with huge cake cravings on Friday, and managed to unravel some of my food issues regarding that by posting on here, talking to my partner and best friend, and arranged a 'cake date' for tomorrow, so that I can eat the cake I wanted, but still feel like I'm in control. That felt like a massive achievement to me. :)

    Successes: Completed 30 day abs challenge, other than that nothing at all really.

    struggles this week:
    - Hardly drank enough water.
    - Did not attend to the gym.
    - Increase of appetite in the evenings.
    - Did not getting my 10,000 step goal at all!!

    Hopefully next week'll be an improvement.
    This month's goal doesn't seem likely to happen.
