Too few calories????

If I mountain bike ride for 100+ minutes, am I burning fat or muscle? I run out of push in really difficult terrain. I am on about 800 calories per day.

    You are not eating enough if you are only eating 800 calories per day even if you weren't biking.

    you are burning fat and muscle and other important things like your organs. you should eat more.

    I call troll. Nobody pushes out 90+ minutes of mountain biking in terrain on 800 cals a day.
