Coming Back

I always come back to my fitness pal because the only thing that works for me is keeping track of calories and exercise. My downfall is thinking I can lapse back into enchiladas and burgers and it only makes me crave carbs and fat more and I spiral out of control and off track again. I'm Trying to minimize refined and processed carbs. A little bit of oats and whole grain breads or tortillas is not bad. Ultimately would like to eat foods I like that are filling and low calorie. Make awesome cauliflower Mexican rice and delicious spaghetti squash and love salmon with lemon , dill and garlic salt and boneless skinless chicken thighs that are natural and only 130 calories . would like to share with friends. Also found a pure powdered peanut butter that you add water to with only 40 calories per tablespoon that I use on bananas for a wick snack. I also use lemon pepper as it has no salt.
