Hi all, I have been on here for some time, but like many I stopped using this about 6 months ago... I am however trying to get back on to a healthier lifestyle! I could do with some support along the way, so I am looking for some new friends to encourage me as much as I can encourage you! Hope you are having a nice weekend anyway
