Go run outside or weigh your food, preferably both.0

Google bodyweight exercises. Tons you can do anywhere. And if your downstairs neighbors don't mind, you could always do some fitness blender workouts on youtube0

If your apartment complex has like a cardio room. You could always go there and do it. Before I was doing p90x at someone's house I always took my weights down and worked out there.0

Have look at fitness blender.com. They have loads on there. I never once got complaints from downstairs0

push ups, sit ups, crunches, lunges, unweighted squats and calf exercise (standing up on your toes, coming down, repeat) as well as clamshells for your hips and outer thighs and supermans for your lower back and glutes. you can look all these up on youtube. and if you buy some inexpensive dumbbell handles with weights (and maybe a barbell) and add tricep kick backs, shoulder lateral side raises and front raises and extensions, bicep curls, dead lifts, bench presses, military presses... the list goes on and on. i got my actual weights from walmart (they were cheaper there) and my handles from amazon.
you live on the second floor? while not quite inside your apartment, depending on your fitness level, you could walk or run up and down the stairs for 20 minutes - good cardio and will strengthen your legs.0 -
