Hi! I just joined MFP today. I've been on my personal journey since the end of February. I'm seeking out a place for advice, support, and motivation. Friends along the way wouldn't be bad either!
My motivation to change my life stems from a back injury and way to much arthritis in my hip for being 30 years old. At my highest I was 229 pounds and my goal is to get to 160 and reassess if further loss is needed.
My current plan consists of 6 days of exercise a week, high intensity metabolic conditioning coupled with cleaner eating. So far I've lost 36 pounds but seem to be stuck for the last 2 going on 3 weeks.
