Hi Guys,

I don't pay expensive gym prices, but i do get my exercise in. I want to do a program to get 11 pounds off in 6 weeks (the 18th August). Any one want to join me. I will post each week my progress. Whilst its summer I tend to do each day:

1 hour of walking the dog 3mph
1 hours on my exercise bike. 12-14mph
2 hours gardening (this is hoeing, and digging)
45 minutes of house work.(hovering, washing, and dusting)
In the evening 1 hour of Pilates.

According to my exercise calculator it comes to over 1,000 calories a day.

I want to get to Target weight before the end of summer.
