Tips for an obese person

There is a DVD called Yoga for the rest of us ,it's a great start,you could look it up on Google or you tube.The lady that teaches the class does it at different levels.I started my journey at 4 ft 11 inches and 263 lbs.Im at 189 lbs right now and counting.I keep reminding myself that it's a marathon not a sprint and a lifestyle change.The daily logging really helps me.much good luck to you.The lady who has that yoga DVD also has 1 called gentle yoga,look for them.You tube is awesome for looking at things and trying them out.I know it's hard to look at theses little skinny got people exercising when we are no where near there and can't keep up
