Carbs protein and fat

Hi Iv lost a lot of body fat and only have a little bit to go. I've started to lift heavy about 3-4 times a week and do a little cardio whenever I can. I was wondering do I need to stick to a high protein 30-40% for 7 days of the week or do I have to include high carb/high fat days. Iv tried to research online but can't get a definite answer. Don't want to wear by body out by not eating enough of what I need. Also if i do have to have high carb days would this be on a day that i exercise or non exercise day Thanks
