Motivational clothing

Who has a motivational piece of clothing that they just can't wait to get back into? How many inches do you need to lose to get in it?

I have purchased jeans in various sizes. I am just beginning, but jeans are the ONE thing I have missed being heavier. I worked hard to get in the first pair. I am working hard to get into the second pair. That has been my motivation so far. Well, one of them.

Middlehaitch that is amazing well done you.

Dandelie that's a great idea how close are you to getting in to that next pair?

I have a few pieces of motivational clothing the jeans and trousers I weigh on a daily basis are uncomfortable at the moment but I refuse to buy bigger sizes. I also want to get back in my bikini I wore last year. I tried it on the other day lots of work to be done!

One of my weightloss goals was a blue waterproof-breathable cycling jacket. I had purchased it in 2011, and it fit me then. But over the years, it shrank  ... still in great condition, just too small. So I looked into buying a new one, but the price had gone up quite a bit. So, since I was losing weight by then, I figured I might as well just keep going and lose enough so I could fit in the jacket again ... figured it would be a lot cheaper than buying a new jacket!!

It didn't take too long until I was into the jacket. :)

    Now it's a bit loose.

I don't really have any clothes that don't fit, but I have a TON of clothes that I won't wear because they just don't flatter me much. I can't wait to actually be able to wear jeans and a fitted tee - just casual wear - because I feel like I always have to dress nicer to "make up" for my weight.

I bought a new cobalt blue fringe tankini - it's 3 sizes smaller than I wear now. I can't wait until it fits!

I have several bikinis as well. I'm hoping for summer 2017. Also many pairs of jeans that should fit 20 lbs from now. Waiting in the closet for me. Here I come!

I have a pair of lovely lined trousers I wore to work 3 years ago. Then I gained and had 2 years when I could not wear them. They were not just tight - I couldn't zip up the side zipper!!! Now I can put them on and do up the zip, just, but they are still to tight to move in. Looking forward to the day they will slip on easily and I can wear them in public! I like @Middlehaitch's idea of putting them where I can see them every day.

I have a vintage wool dress coat as my "Clothspiration"! It's a deep navy blue with red trim and gold buttons <3 I refuse to ever get rid of it. I will pass it on to my baby girl when she's older.

I'm a loose size 10 now! Hopefully I'll be a 8 by july! But I definitely have a chance to get in it by fall :)

I had refused to go up another size as well! That's what made me buck down and get to losing the pounds lol!
Good luck to everyone on their journeys!

My skinny jeans from when I was a full time yoga teacher.

I'm not buying any clothes that are more than a size too small. Women's clothing is weird.
