Birthday Suprise!

Just something fun I want to do for myself. I going to weigh myself for the last time until my birthday (end of August ) . Until then I'm going to workout and diet to the point where my body allows me so come my birthday morning I can see a huge drop in numbers ! Now before y'all be negative I am going to be doing is the healthy way and nothing too extreme ! I'm so very excited to be doing this. 5 months is going to be an exciting journey ready to dominate the gym ! Afterwards I will follow into nursing school hopefully with a good body transformation !
