Hello,
I have an office job and I accept that I have no activity level because of that (excluding my workouts) but I do have two dogs which on an average I will walk them like 5x 30 minutes daily. Should I assume I am lightly active?
Thanks

Hm, maybe put sedentary and simply add the time you walked1

do you mean 5x30 minutes weekly? because 2.5 hours walking every day is a lot more than sedentary0

From the Guided Setup under Goals here on MFP ...
How would you describe your normal daily activities?
Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)
Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman)
Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)
Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)
And if you only walk 30 min/day ... that's 23 hours and 30 min where you're not active ...0
