My steps average about 2500- 3000 and I thought I was doing good
. I think I am going to try this but not sure I can make 10000 steps a day. Unless I have no customers at work I kind of end up at a stand still...maybe I should just walk in place there. Have had what I consider a busy day today and only at 2100 steps right now...still have my nightly walk though maybe I can make it

I know when I need to wait for something like the my tea in the microwave I will march in place to add steps. Of course only do that when there is no one around.1 -

Don't look at 10,000 as a goal yet...aim for 3500 and when you can do that, then aim higher. Normal daily activity is usually not sufficient to get a higher step count....be on the lookout for a way that you can add a real long walk to your day. I listen to podcasts and audio books when I walk so the time passes more quickly and I make use of the time for walking and enjoying something else.
