It has been quite the journey . Suffering from hormonal imbalances really can take a toll on my body when it comes to losing weight . I am becoming a much more confident positive person by practicing self affirmations meditation and yoga. The more positive your mind is with the process the more success your going to have I am finding . I just joined this site today for some extra push, I am in school full time, work full time and workout five days a week and am just feeling like with lack of sleep my body doesn't feel healthy. Figured I can get some tips and tricks by seeing others progress :)e4qjnyd3mnot.jpeg

    Great job on your weight loss so far. Good to know I may incorporated yoga and meditation into my routine.

    I'm learning a bit late in life..that sleep is so important.. it affects mood and weightloss. Get sleep and a lot of things will fall into place.
