To my workout from homers, What programs are you doing? Are you seeing results? I'm currently doing 22 hard corps and lost 5lbs in the first 2 weeks. I love the program but sometimes find myself doing the workouts at 11 at night because I procrastinate it all day because I can know I can do it anytime. But hey I get it done right lol...

Free, and over 400 workouts of varying lengths, types, etc. Handy search engine on their site lets you enter what you're looking for to narrow down your search. DDP Yoga, down 12 pounds in about a month and a half. But most of that is with my calorie counting. I will say my flexibility, stamina, and strength have improved tho!1

My flat mate and i have the charlotte crossby ab blitz and it's basically HIIT training. It's good fun and way way harder than i expected.0
