Hi ! Im from Bristol, UK..Been on here for a while, never ventured onto here before ! (Mainly IG) am 3 weeks into keto diet ( insulin resistant) and am 15 lbs down...looking for friends to encourage /motivate each other while trying to drop another 35-45lbs
