Question first, do you enjoy/like running? Its hard to have motivation about something if its not something you like in the first place

You shouldn't run EVERY morning. You need rest days. No rest days -> injuries -> no motivation -> creating another post asking people for motivation. Its a vicious cycle.
Just take things one step at a time. Try the C25K program (there are a plethora of apps out there).4 -
Do you actually like running?
If you don't then find something else to do. Maybe you enjoy walking or riding your bike.
I have a friend who can run every damn day. No idea how she does it. I can't so I don't even try. But I do like to walk and bike so that is what I do instead.3
