Perhaps reduce / limit things that that are low in protein like fruits.
Look for veggies with protein like broccoli, kale.
Eat chia seeds, almonds.
Eat more cottage cheese, yogurt, soy milk or cow milk, bacon, sausage, salmon, shrimp (very low calorie), eggs, cheese, tofu.1 -
Low fat protein like fish and chicken breast are pretty low calorie.0

I eat boiled eggs for breakfast and I often eat tuna for lunch. Both are pretty low calorie sources of protein.0

Plain fat free greek yogurt is great. I like Smari or Siggis best.0

I added a whey protein powder to my morning smoothie. It's 94 calories for 18g of protein0

Protein has 4 calories per gram so you will "use up calories"
If you want to maximize protein intake from real food while keeping the calorie load as small as possible, go for fat-free sources such as nonfat, no-sugar-added plain greek yogurt, non-fat cottage cheese, egg whites, chicken breast, tuna, other lean fish such as tilapia or cod (edited to add shrimp, lobster meat). If you want something like a convenience food, there are some protein powders that have a high protein to total calorie ratio (look for ones where the protein g are 80% or more of the serving size g), and prepared protein drinks where the additional non-protein calories are fiber, mostly.
