Hi everyone, new to the site, started a walking, weight lifting journey about two weeks ago didn't change my diet but with the weight lifting my clothes began to look better and i felt great for the first time in a long time so i was ready. However i feel the other day and fractured my shoulder so lifting is no more. I will continue walking. Ive decided to watch my calories for now and try to refrain from emotional eating. . I'm gonna be 50 at the end of this month. Can you say midlife blues.
