3rd shift and tired

Hi. I work 3rds. Want to start exercising more, but I'm so tired a the time. Suggestions anyone.

    I'm in the same boat! I do squats and lunges at work, push ups and sit ups at home. I have a gym membership but at least for now I find it easier to just do a quick walk/jog outside when I get up in the afternoon before I eat. You'll figure out what works!

    Right now, I'm just exercising on my off days. I have 2 kids and have to cook and take care of things before I go in. Seems like I don't have the time and when I plan to workout or go for a walk, I over sleep.
