save your money just eat a meal after your workout for recovery1

There is no magic recovery drink.
You don't need a drink, or some special whey, or food after a workout. Just eat your next meal when you're hungry and hit your macros before you go to bed.
Now... if you're cramping bad, and actually lift HEAVY. I'm not talking about machines.... but OHPs, deads, squats, benching.... and you're cramping up hard then drink Gatorade Zero and eat a banana. Pedialyte work well too.

Water, unless you've been intensively exercising for several hours. In that case, you could add a protein shake and a banana to the glass of water. In most cases, people don't really exercise for long enough, or hard enough, to actually need to "refuel". Replacing the lost hydration should be adequate.0
