Hi All!
For a while I've been tracking my gross caloric count instead of my net. Which always left me feeling discouraged. Today I decided why not try tracking my net (via the calorie tracker on Apple Health).
How do you all track? Net vs gross.

Gross, but I aim for 1,500-1,800 each day. I eat more if I have a giant surplus though.0
