Advice needed

At only 5ft 1 and 10st 3 I'm finding that 1200 calories is only maintaining, I was 10st 10 a year ago and got down to 9st 5 last summer, but it crept back up to 10st 4, been back on 1200 for 4 weeks and only down a pound, taking my height into consideration could I lower calories further ?

    at a guess I would say your logging is inaccurate. are you weighing your food on a scale?

    Do you have cheat days? do you record those? Do they erase your deficit for the week?

    Buy a food scale so you know exactly how many calories you are eating :)
