4 day vacay.

I was on a 4 day trip and didn't watch calories . Back on program today and have gained 3 lbs. Will it take me 3 weeks to shed what I put on in 4 days? I am pretty discouraged and am beating myself up for doing this .

    its probably mainly water weight. just get back to your deficit and you'll be fine.

    I did exactly the same thing - Three day road trip, including a visit to the Cheesecake Factory and I was up 3.2 lbs. I'm already back down 2 and it's only Tuesday!

    Don't get too discouraged! Just got a move on!

    Could it be just water weight?
    You would be surprised how sodium ridden some restaurant foods are.
    Even a slice of pizza can contain 900 mg of sodium (forgot chain name).
    To solve this, drink lots of water.
