I started a week ago and wasn't sure I'd make it to the end of week 1. Have found it easier as each day goes by. The hardest thing was determining what I was going to eat and how often I was going to exercise. Also discovered that if I exercised I could eat a little more, by the time I exercised I had a good food routine and I think I'll get close to my goal.

    Well done! I'm just starting week 1 again this week. I've got a sweet tooth and fall off the wagon rather easily :(
