I started using the app about a month ago. It's really helping me to track my food and *try* to stay on goal. I have over 100 lbs to lose, so I can use all the help and motivation I can get!

Your doing the hardest part tracking what you eat that's the biggest part of losing weight
you are going to lose it ! Just enjoy everyday towards your goal
