When you get REALLY hungry?

When I'm really hungry, with no or not a lot of calories, I scrabble up some egg whites, with veggies and a small amount of low fat cheese. Filling and only about 100-150 or so calories.0

It is easy to make a huge and very filling meal that isn't very high in calories. Just bulk it up with lots of veggies, skip the rice or pasta and keep your protein portion lean, or use beans.
I like to do soups because a simple broth adds volume with few calories.

If I'm really hungry and I feel a binge coming on, I'll try and eat a low carb meal, drink a glass of water, and reevaluate my hunger in a half hour.
