Need help staying motivated

I need help staying motivated at night. I made a rule for myself that I can not eat after 8pm and can't seem to stick with it.

I have about 80lbs to lose. If anyone has any advise that would be great.

    I for one cannot go to bed hungry.
    Don't have any hard and fast rules. Instead, maybe save some calories for a night snack. I often have cottage cheese with blueberries (casein protein). Or just find a good snack for yourself that is not too sugary. You will be fine. Again, just include it in your calories. Anyone who says you can't eat after a certain time is wrong...you will not gain weight if it fits into your daily calories.
