I answered the door neked thinking it was my wife who had just left, thinking she came back for the box of stuff she forgot, it was the UPS lady lol.

I literally did the same thing last year. Was wearing a towel and though it was my roommate knocking on the door. It was the UPS guy. I didn't know what to do, so I just acted like it was normal and signed for the package
He distinctively avoided eye contact with me the whole time
A more recent embarrassing thing though... I was in office hours a couple months ago (I teach college students), and I didn't realize that the black shirt I was wearing wasn't supposed to go through the washer, and as a result, had turned a bit translucent. After I got done meeting with a male student, he left, and I heard him say to another student waiting in the hall..."Her shirt is see through." O_O
Luckily I had a sweater in my office closet

I would have to say looking at the victory photo after Spartan Beast thinking I was smiling when in reality it looks like I just witnessed a lifetime's of tragedies all at once due to how tired I was.

Went Dolphin and whale watching with about 100 people 3 month ago.. Went below decks on the catamaran to use the toilet with my mate infront of me.. I held the door shut so she thought she was locked in for a laugh and when I went to use it I thought she was doing the same to me.. But I was actually locked in and No one on the other side of the door spoke English so I was ranting off in several languages that the lock was broken and the only word they understood in the end was captain... He came and rescued me but told everyone I had drank too much sangria and I was pushing the door instead of pulling it ... He was the one plying me with alcohol for the past 5 hours he knew I wasn't drunk .. He never let it drop the whole day haha he also told me there was no sharks in the sea before I dived in , then he said just big fish .. Bloody sharks are big fish!
