I'm simple I LOVE salmon Nigiri Sushi with lots of wasabi!
I once had this fantastic roll which was a lunch special with salmon, rice, cucumber, jalapeno and cilantro, crispy tempura and a few other things I cant remember. The best friggen sushi roll I ever had and will never know what it was called!

Lol! So one time I was really sick with Pneumonia and my 4th grade daughter came home from school in tears because her Teacher had given her an F on a Science project she had worked on for over three weeks! He even put a note right on her display board saying something like "You didn't do the work" in Sharpie! I knew for a fact that she did do the work and it just didn't work out! (She planted flower seeds in three different soils and watered and fertilized for those three weeks) However none grew at all! I was so angry that I jumped in the car in my PJs looking like death, Hacking out a lung, went to the School while he was having after school detention, stormed in and chewed his Azz off! I didn't care who saw me or what they thought! Poor Guy!!! After I chewed him a new one and told him all I had seen her do on that project he offered to change it to an A and i told him that we didn't want that grade just but what her work and her board deserved! The next day she came home with a note from him apologizing and an A- grade!

It is a 6-way tie for me. I never thought the birth of my three daughters would ever be topped. I now have three beautiful grandchildren (one from each daughter) and those births made me equally happy. There is nothing better than being a grandpa.

My daughter Gracie.... She fought through mrsa of the blood at 6 years old.... Sings like a song bird...and has the most humble giving spirit of anyone I know....it's a true blessing to be her mom.....

I'll say my grandfather he was such an excellent role model for me and had so many qualities that I strive to be known for. I still miss him.
