I did 20 min of weight training today but when I input the sets/reps/weight, it counts as zero calories burned. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Log it under the cardio section under "strength training".0

The strength training section of the log only exists for your personal reference to keep track of your lifts. For calorie burns log things under cardio.0
