Guys i really want to find someone who's been using CLA supplements to aid weightloss and muscle toning. If anyone has any experience that'd be fab.

My coworker says "I've never seen it work with my friends or anyone else. One of those supps you can do without.
Because it's a fatty acid it may only lower your blood pressure not really aid in fatloss."0 -
From Examine.com, a site that offers unbiased reviews of available research studies for hundreds of supplements says this about CLA, "CLA has been investigated to be a fat burner and health promoting agent due to its effect on a molecular signalling receptor family named PPAR which is related to fat burning, steroid signalling, inflammation, and glucose/lipid metabolism. However, human studies on CLA are very unreliable and the overall effects seen with CLA are not overly potent as well as sometimes contradicting. CLA is a good research standard to investigated fatty acids and the PPAR system, but its usage as a supplement for personal goals is quite lacklustre.
You're money is better spent elsewhere. The full article as well as links to all the research studies is available here: http://examine.com/supplements/Conjugated+Linoleic+Acid/0 -
it can work but usually in very high doses ,, much more than what is recommended on the bottle and it just ends up being too expensive ..0

I read that it worked on rats on lab tests.
But did not work on humans.

I'm on it right now, and honestly, it doesn't seem to help with weight loss as much as it keeps me from being really sore after a heavy workout. I'm really only still on it because I spent the money, so I'm going to give it a full chance (take all of it) and see what happens.
I probably won't do it again unless I decide that my dream is to be a competition body builder.0 -
It works works in very high doses. My bottle says the dose is 2 pills in the morning and 1 at night. My sister took 12 a day for two weeks and lost 11 pounds. She went from 151 to 140. Eating 1500 cals a day and exercising for 30 minutes a day.0
