Activity leve question

Hi, I had a question while setting up my profile which seems to be important as far as how much I'm allotted to eat. Although, I am currently training for a marathon, take orange theory 2 x a week, bike over an hour once a week and get my runs in, from 8-4 I am at my desk at work. I do try to get out a few times a week and walk at lunch but mostly I'm at the desk. Now am I considered sedentary ? Tia

MFP's activity levels don't account for exercise, since that's logged separately. Go with sedentary for now, and if after 4-6 weeks your weight loss is more than you expected (after the initial water weight loss), bump it up to lightly active.0

Thanks Malibu, makes sense0

MFP is only going to give you like 1200 calories so make sure that you eat back some of your exercise calories with all of that working out. You don't need to go crazy and eat them all back but anyone that is training for a marathon needs to fuel their body.0
