Thrombocytopenia with Anemia

Ok so I have been dealing with borderline anemia all my life and Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia since 2005. Anyone else have any experience with this and the effects of it? I can't take steroids and I refuse to let them remove my spleen, so I seem to be caught in a world of feeling like crap permanently.

While I find their source of info of value and use it extensively in researching health issues keep in mind they are a seller of supplements. Just confirm info with a couple other sources is what I try to do.0
