I've been on (and off!) the Weight Watchers Plan for about 22 years, so I'm familiar with tracking, weighing and measuring. I had a bit of a health scare recently (heart-related, had two stents put in), and was recommended by a dietitian at the hospital to try this app, so I'm going to give it a go! I'm just trying to decide if I should go premium. My concern is the 'auto-renewal' on my credit card. Anyone have any input as to whether it's worth paying for premium - or just stick with free??

Im new to mfp too. I like free but I think the premium is for a serious athlete or someone that needs to know everything in their fitness journey. I'm ok now maybe down the road I'll get premium and give it a try.1
