Down 165 lbs and ready to amp up the workouts and clean up the diet to rid myself of this last pesky 50 lbs for good!

    Wow!!! Excellent work Darcy!!! Keep at it! You are correct in your thinking! Regular exercise is great, but diet plays a bigger role than many people realize! Here's to you losing that extra 50lbs. and keeping it off!!!
