No idea how to add people.

I've had MFP now for about a month (actively). I became a lazy, fat dad after my kid was born. So I have a great "before" picture. I am now working out daily. I plan on having an equally epic "after" picture. First is weight loss using cardio and some at home body weight training whilst building core strength and then on to weight training to build muscle. I'm going for a Ryan Reynolds body type. Because, why not.

I have have been going strong these few weeks and would love to connect up with people who are motivated and/or have similar goals.
