Speaking from my own experience I would say it can be done. However I don't know your starting weight. I lost 28 pounds a year ago and went from 15st to 13st. I didn't really count calories I just cut out all the junk, drank loads of water and workout daily for an hour. The weight just fell off. If you are in the healthy weight range already for your body then the likelihood of 14 pounds in 5 weeks would be slim.
Put your details in mfp and see what it comes up with for you. Stick to it and add exercise because you won't lose quickly without it, not a stone anyway. I personally workout daily and don't eat back any of my workout calories as I don't see the point in exercising off the cals only to munch them back
    Good luck hun xx

I agree with @mumbles2013 , it is possible. But be prepared to accept that you may gain it back as rapid weightloss isn't always sustainable. Hope you have a nice holiday!

James is right. I didn't have a plan after the loss and I went straight back to how I ate before the weightloss and I put on 3stone!!!! Haha!!! So now here to do it all again with calorie counting and exercise ;);)

Also what is working for me right now is cutting down on the carbs and increasing my protein is keeping me much fuller for longer.
