During Injury

Hi i'm a golfer who usually goes to the gym 6 days a week and walks alot yet i've managed to fracture my pars in my spine and am out for 2 months with no excercise except on a spinner. How do I minimise strength loss?

    Ensure that you are taking in adequate protein and concentrate on HiiT work on the spinner (I assume you mean a spinning bike?) rather than any long steady state cardio.

    Hope you recover fully and quickly! Did your doctor say spinning only? Maybe ask for a referral to a physical therapist that can recommend things you can do safely while recovering.
